A short-term trip to the city of Shamakhi has been organized for the employees of the Institute of Biophysics

Under the organization of the Collegial Association Committee of the Institute of Biophysics of the Ministry of Science and Education of Azerbaijan Republic, a short-term trip has been arranged for the employees of the Institute of Biophysics to one of the beautiful places in our country, the city of Shamakhi. The colleagues rested in cottages located on the outskirts of the dense forest within the premises of the Shamakhi Astrophysics Institute. During the 2-day excursion held from July 21 to July 23, the employees visited the sightseeing spots of Shamakhi, as well as had a tour of the Shamakhi History and Ethnography Museum.

During the excursion, the colleagues got acquainted with the historical, archaeological artifacts, material and cultural monuments, ethnographic, epigraphic, and numismatic examples dating from ancient times to the present in Shamakhi. The employees expressed their thanks to Habil Gurbanov, Chairman of the Free Trade Union (ANAS), and Rasim Aslanov, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of the Institute of Biophysics, for their high level of organization and support.
