An event dedicated to September 27 - Memorial Day was held at the Institute of Biophysics

An event dedicated to the "Day of Remembrance on September 27" was held at the Institute of Biophysics MSE AR, organized by the "New Azerbaijan Party" and the "Trade Union."

Opening the event, the chairman of the "Trade Union," Rasim Aslanov, expressed his prayers for the fallen heroes who gave their lives in the name of the Fatherland, liberating our lands from occupation and achieving historical victory. He called on the participants of the event to observe a minute of silence in memory of our respected martyrs.

Then, the executive director of the institute, Dr. Karim Gasimov, emphasized that thanks to the right decisions of President Ilham Aliyev in his role as the Supreme Commander, our people secured a historical victory. He stated that each one of us, as a citizen of this country, should forever be grateful to our heroes who bestowed upon us countless joys, pride, and triumph during the 44-day liberation war, as well as to our martyrs, soldiers, and officers who sacrificed their health.

Subsequently, the institute's staff and the chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists, Matanat Bakhishova, along with junior research scientist at the Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry Laboratory, Gunay Aliyeva, delivered presentations, speaking about the courage and selflessness of our heroes during the extensive mobilization in the 44-day war and their feats in liberating our lands from occupation and achieving historical victory. They also expressed their prayers in memory of our martyred heroes.
