Studies of employees of the Institute of Biophysics against COVID-19 is included in the treatment protocol TABIB

Research carried out on the basis of existing data by employees of the Institute of Biophysics of ANAS- Prof. Tokay Huseynov and Ph.D. Ruhiyya Guliyeva on the impact of one of the environmental factors (selenium status) on the development and pathogenicity of HIV / AIDS, which is part of the COVID-19 genome, is included in the Protocol of the Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB).

The results of studies aimed at finding methods of controlling virus COVID-19, have shown that a deficiency of selenium (Se) in human food, one of the chemical elements, can lead to the development of the most common viral diseases of our time.

Studies have shown that  the sensitivity to the virus COVID-19 and its implications seriously depend on the degree of selenium supply in the body, and the sodium Selenite itself is effective in the treatment of this disease.
