The leading researcher of the laboratory “Structure, Dynamics and Function of biomolecules” of the Institute of Biophysics, Ph.D. in Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor Rasim Aslanov and researcher of the Laboratory “Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry” Matanat Bakhishova were on a scientific trip to Istanbul University, Turkey.
The purpose of the scientific trip was to discuss the results of work on a bilateral project carried out within the framework of a joint program under the cooperation agreement between the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) and the Turkish Scientific and Technological Research Council (TUBITAK), as well as to exchange views on the topic to be presented at the 4th ANAS and TUBITAK competition.
During the scientific trip, the employees of the Institute met with Prof. Ayshen Ozel, Associate Professor of Sefa Celik and Dean of the Faculty of Astronomy and Space Sciences of this university, Prof. Dr. Tansel Ak and discussed the results achieved during the TUBITAK-ANAS project (TUBITAK-118f445). At the seminar, the presentation of scientific results was made by a young scientist of the Institute Matanat Bakhishova. During the meeting, an exchange of views was also held on the topic that will be presented in the new TUBITAK-ANAS project announced on September 15.
