The memory of the nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev was commemorated at the Institute of Biophysics of ANAS

On December 10, a commemorative event dedicated to the memory of the nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev was held at the Institute of Biophysics of ANAS.

The event was opened by the director of the institute, corresponding member of ANAS, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Oktay Qasımov, who stated that today’s meeting was dedicated to the memory of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev.

The memorial event continued with a speech by the Deputy Director for Innovation and Transfer, Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine, Azad Əbdürəhimov. In his speech, he spoke about the unprecedented services of the great leader Heydar Aliyev to the Azerbaijani state and people. He noted that with the arrival of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev in power in 1969, the foundation for the country's development was laid.
