From November 5 to 12, 2018, an employee of the Institute of Biophysics of ANAS, leading researcher at the "Structure, Dynamics, and Function of Biomolecules" laboratory, PhD in Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor Rasim Bakhtiyar oglu Aslanov, was on a scientific mission in Ankara, Turkey.

The purpose of the visit was to establish collaboration with the Faculty of Physics of Ankara University, gain direct insight into the scientific research conducted there, and further expand cooperative relations.

Rasim Aslanov, who studies the structure of fibrillar proteins and the dynamic processes occurring in them using the Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) method, had the opportunity to closely examine research conducted at Ankara University's Physics Faculty, where spin probes and spin labels are applied in EPR studies. He also participated in experience exchange and scientific discussions.

Within the framework of the visit, possibilities for conducting joint research with international colleagues were also discussed.
