BDU Students Successfully Complete Internship at the Institute of Biophysics

A group of fourth-year students from the Faculty of Biology at Baku State University (BSU) have successfully completed their industrial internship at the Institute of Biophysics under the Ministry of Science and Education. The two-month internship program was carried out within the framework of long-term scientific and academic cooperation between BSU and the Institute of Biophysics.

On the first day of the internship, 13 students were thoroughly informed about the institute's activities, scientific directions, and laboratories. They were introduced to the staff of the institute and gained initial insights into the essence and significance of the ongoing research.

As part of the program, the students participated in practical sessions in various laboratories. In addition to reinforcing their theoretical knowledge, they developed skills in working within a scientific research environment, conducting analyses, and evaluating results.

During the internship, the students were taught how to plan research, conduct observations, and present their findings. These skills will make a significant contribution to their future scientific and professional careers.

At the end of the internship, the students expressed their gratitude to the institute’s management and staff for the support provided. They noted that the experience played an important role in deepening both their theoretical and practical knowledge.
