"Strategic communication" training was held

The Ministry of Science and Education (ETN) and the State Agency for Science and Higher Education (EATDA) organized a training session titled "Strategic Communication" on organizing public relations and communication in the field of science and higher education.

In his opening speech, the Chief of Staff of ETN, Mətin Kərimli, emphasized the importance of such training sessions for employees of science, higher, and secondary specialized education institutions. He highlighted the significance of establishing internal communication and properly managing crisis communication.

The Director of EATDA, Ülkər Səttarova, discussed the priority areas in media relations and public communication for science and education institutions and addressed the participants' questions.

During the training, public relations experts Vəli Əlibəyov and Emin Hüseynzadə provided participants with information on organizing internal communication, crafting effective messages, establishing feedback mechanisms, and preparing impactful stories for target audiences.

In subsequent sessions, media and communication expert Vüqar Zifəroğlu conducted training on media relations, content preparation for the press, and methods of conveying official information through media. Visual communication expert Fərid Rzazadə delivered training on incorporating visual elements into storytelling. Additionally, digital media expert Şəfəq Mehrəliyeva spoke about the preparation of communication plans.

The training also included participation by Toğrul Eminov, Head of the Scientific-Technical Information and Public Relations Department of the Institute of Biophysics. He emphasized that the training would play a significant role in organizing communication work in the field of science and higher education and that the knowledge gained would contribute to further improving activities in this area.

Participants had the opportunity to learn new approaches and exchange experiences on the subject matter.
