The next meeting of the Scientific Council will be held

On September 25, 2019, at 09:30, the next meeting of the Scientific Council of the AMEA Biofizika Institute will be held.

The following issues will be discussed at the meeting:

• Discussion of the tasks for the 2019/2020 academic year;
• Discussion and approval of the annual report according to the order №127 dated September 13, 2019;
• Discussion and approval of the dissertation topics submitted for relevant positions based on the Biofizika Institute's plan for doctoral and dissertation admissions for 2019;
• Appointment of the head of the "Molecular and Cell Biochemistry" laboratory;
• Report on the participation of Biofizika Institute Director Prof. Oktay Qasımov in the 63rd session of the International Atomic Energy Agency General Conference held in Vienna from September 16-20;
• Reports from employees of the "Ecological Biophysics" laboratory Prof. Tokay Hüseynov, Ph.D. Ruhiyyə Quliyeva, Ph.D. Sevil Məhərrəmova, and the "Structure, Dynamics, and Function of Biomolecules" laboratory Ph.D. Arzu Aydəmirova on their participation in the VI Congress of Russian Biophysicists held in Sochi from September 16-21, 2019;
• Discussion and planning of the scientific research of Xatirə Novruzəli qızı Şirinova, a doctoral student of the I Department of Surgical Diseases of the Azerbaijan Medical University, in the "Ecological Biophysics" laboratory of the AMEA Biofizika Institute.
