The next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Biophysics Institute was held

On October 9, a regular meeting of the Academic Council of the MSE AR Institute of Biophysics took place.

At a meeting chaired by the director of the Institute, corresponding member of ANAS Oktay Gasimov, a letter from the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 28, 2023 No. 3-50/2-477/2023 was adopted, discussed and given assignments.

The second issue on the agenda was a discussion of the admission plan for doctoral studies and dissertations for the preparation of candidates and doctors of science for 2024. It was noted that 1 place is provided for the preparation of candidates of science in the direction of "Biophysics" for the 2024 academic year, 1 place for the preparation of doctors of science in the direction of "Genetics" - 1 place, as well as for the training of doctors of science in the areas of "Biophysics" and "Biochemistry" for doctoral studies 2 places are put forward.
