Registration to participate in the exams will be done online until November 20, 2023.
It is planned to hold the Ph.D. exam in foreign languages on December 10, 2023, and the Ph.D. exam in Azerbaijani language for foreigners on December 11. The exam for the speaking block is planned to be held on December 16-17, 2023.
