On the approval of the structure and staff headcount of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

In order to implement paragraph 6.3 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1769 dated July 28, 2022, on the improvement of management in the fields of science and education in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan decrees:

1. To approve the structure of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (attached).
2. To approve the staffing limit for the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences' budget-funded employees at 3510 positions.
3. To annul the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan's Decree No. 363 dated November 17, 2015, on "The structure and staffing limits of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2015, No. 11, Article 1426; 2016, No. 7, Articles 1356, 1359; 2017, No. 1, Article 127; 2020, No. 10, Article 1263; 2021, No. 9, Article 1076).
