September 27 is Remembrance Day. We honor and remember our martyrs with respect and pride!

Two years have passed since the start of the Patriotic War, which ended in a glorious victory.

The Patriotic War, which began in September 2020 and lasted for 44 days, resulted in a historic victory when the brave Azerbaijani Army, under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, liberated our ancient and eternal lands from occupation, restoring our country's territorial integrity, historical justice, and international law. In this war, everyone, from children to the elderly, from soldiers to civilians, united as one around their Supreme Commander and the National Army, demonstrating a model of solidarity to the entire world.

The military and political victory of the Azerbaijani Army over the Armenian armed forces was written in golden letters in Azerbaijan's independence history and opened a new page in world military history. This brilliant success, which has become the eternal chronicle of heroism, was written with the blood of thousands of our martyrs, who, showing true patriotism and heroism, said "Long live the Homeland!" and gave their lives for the liberation of our land.

Our people will always remember September 27 as Remembrance Day with great respect and honor, keeping the memory of our martyrs who became shields against bullets and wrote the glorious history of Victory with their lives in their hearts!

As the staff of the Institute of Biophysics of ANAS, we deeply bow before the memory of our martyrs, who showed courage and heroism in the liberation of our lands and the achievement of historical victory, sacrificing their lives for the cause of the Homeland! May Allah have mercy on all our martyrs! Martyrs are immortal, the Homeland is indivisible! Long live a united and free Azerbaijan!
