Scientists of Azerbaijan National Aviation Academy visited the Institute of Biophysics of ANAS

Scientists of the Azerbaijan National Aviation Academy, in particular, honored worker of science academician Bakhadir Tagiyev visited the Institute of Biophysics.

Guests were accompanied by the deputy director for scientific affairs of the Institute of Biophysics, doctor of biological sciences Karim Gasimov.

At first, the guests met with the director of the institute, corresponding member of ANAS, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor Oktay Gasimov.

During the meeting, O.Gasimov informed the guests about the history of the institute, about the newly created laboratories, research works, and achievements.  In addition, prospects for cooperation in science between the Institute of Biophysics and the National Aviation Academy were discussed.

Later, the guests were closely acquainted with the laboratories created for the activity of the scientists at the institute.  The device injection fluid controlled by the computer and prepared by employees of the  Biophysics Institute has caused great interest among the guests.

In conclusion, the parties agreed to conduct joint research on spectroscopy, in particular, absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy.
