The regular meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Biophysics was held
On September 25, 2019, the regular meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Biophysics was held.
The following tasks were discussed at the meeting:
- Report of the Director of the Institute of Biophysics Prof. Oktay Gasimov on participation in the 63rd session of the International Atomic Energy Agency General conference, from 16 to 20 September, in Vienna;
- Reports of the members of the laboratory “Ecological biophysics” prof. Tokay Huseynov, Ph.D. in biology Ruhiyyiya Guliyeva, r.s. Sevil Maharramova, and researcher of the Laboratory “Structure, Dynamics and Functions of Biomolecules” Arzu Aydamirova on participating in the event “VI Congress of Russian Biophysicists” in Sochi from September 16 to 21, 2019;
- Discussion of upcoming tasks for 2019/2020 academic year;
- Discussion and approval of the annual report in accordance with Decree No. 127 dated September 13, 2019;
- Discussion and approval of the dissertation topics presented to the relevant places in accordance with the admission plan for Doctoral and Dissertation Programs;
- The issue on the appointment of the head of the Laboratory of molecular and cellular biochemistry;
- Discussion and planning of the scientific research work intended to be carried out by PhD. student of the I Department of Surgical Diseases of the Azerbaijan Medical University Khatira Novruzali Shirinova in the laboratory of Ecological Biophysics of the Institute.
