Head of the laboratory Ecological biophysics at the Institute of Biophysics of ANAS, Dr. Biology, Prof. Tokay Huseynov gave an interview to ATV Qərargah.

Professor T. Huseynov said that people infected with COVID-19 are also affected by environmental problems. For this purpose, he recommended taking elenium. He added that the a lack of a chemical element of selenium (Se) in  the diet can lead to the development of viral diseases that are widespread today.

The scientist also stressed the need to take Selenium for restoring the damaged immune system of people who have been ill with coronavirus.

Recall that at the suggestion of the staff of the Institute of Biophysics, one of the chemical elements selenium is already included in the treatment Protocol of the Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB).
