On January 29, a regular meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Biophysics of ANAS was held.

Opening the meeting, the General Director of the Institute, Chairman of the Scientific Council, corresponding member of ANAS Oktay Gasimov informed the Council members with the issues on the agenda.

Then discussions were held  on the research plan of the Institute of Biophysics for 2021-2025.  Professor gave relevant instructions and recommendations to the heads of laboratories in order to continue scientific research work in modern and relevant priority areas. He noted that the action plan should correspond to the trends in the development of modern science. The scientist stressed the importance of further expanding the research that can contribute to the development of Azerbaijani science.

At the end, some current issues were discussed.
