The Institute of Biophysics honored the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev

At the Institute of Biophysics of ANAS, an event dedicated to the 18th anniversary of the death of national leader Heydar Aliyev was held.

Opening the meeting with an introductory speech, the general director of the Institute, corresponding member of ANAS Oktay Gasimov spoke about the outstanding services of Heydar Aliyev to our people, his attention and care to science and education.

Then the floor for the speech was given to the chairman of the NAP of the institute, the general manager of the Institute, Ph.D. in Medical Sciences Azad Abdurakhimov. In his speech, A.Abdurakhimov spoke about the work done by the great personality Heydar Aliyev in the direction of building and strengthening independent Azerbaijan. He said that as a result of the far-sighted policy founded by Heydar Aliyev and continued with dignity by President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev that the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan was restored in the 44-day Patriotic War.

The event ended with a minute of silence in memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
