At the Institute of Biophysics the memory of martyrs who gave their lives for the Motherland was honored

At the Institute of Biophysics of ANAS, an event dedicated to September 27— Memorial Day was held.

The event was opened by the general director of the institute, a corresponding member of ANAS Oktay Gasimov, who wished God’s mercy to our martyrs who showed courage and heroism in liberating our lands from occupation and as a sign of deep respect for the memory of all our martyrs, invited the participants of the event for a minute of silence.

Then the senior researcher of the laboratory “Ecological Biophysics”, Ph.D. in Biology, associate professor Ruhiyya Guliyeva, the Head of the Department for Documentation of the Institute of Biophysics, Chairman of the Women council Asmer Mammadova, the Head of the laboratory “Ecological Biophysics” professor Tokay Huseynov spoke about the heroism of our army, about the unity demonstrated by our people in the war that began under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev and lasted 44 days, and expressed their deep respect to our soldiers and officers, all the martyrs who gave their lives for the Motherland.
