It is the 45th anniversary of the Scientific Secretary of the Institute of Biophysics, Ph.D. in Biology, Associate Professor Florida Radik Mehraliyeva.
Florida Radik Mehraliyeva was born on November 1, 1977, in the village of Yalama, Khachmaz district. In 1994, she graduated from Secondary School No. 213 in Baku and entered the Physics Department of Baku State University. In 2000, she successfully completed a Master’s degree in Physics from the Faculty of Physics of Baku State University, majoring in Thermophysics and Molecular Physics.
In 2003, she entered the postgraduate course at the Institute of Physics of ANAS. In 2004, she began her scientific activity as a junior researcher in the laboratory “Ecological Biophysics” of this institute and continued working on her Ph.D. thesis. In 2014, under the leadership of Professor Tokay M.Huseynov, she defended her dissertation and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Biology. In 2019, she received the academic title of Associate Professor.
From July 2004 to February 2017, she worked at the Institute of Physics of ANAS as a junior researcher, researcher, and senior researcher. Since February 2017, F. Mehraliyeva worked at the Institute of Biophysics of ANAS as a senior researcher, and from 2018 to the present – as a scientific secretary.
